Jot a note or an update. It is mailed into the capture queue and applied on the next morning pass - so it lands tomorrow, not now.
Everything with a real date attached, soonest first. This is the only part of the board that is time-bound.
All four returns delivered, no exceptions: the 1065 at Ogden on Sat 10/17, the 1040 at Austin and both Arkansas returns at Little Rock on Mon 10/19. All accepted at Charleston on 10/14. Adam saved the four tracking pages 10/20 (the 10/20 check could not load usps.com either); Drive file names are in the resume. Next: the 84-35 abatement letter, then the installment agreement. 📬 Adam, 2026-10-15: the USPS mailing receipt is scanned and filed.
Not done yet; Adam flagged it 2026-10-20 at night (Telegram): the setup plan says to connect the Claude app on GitHub, and it was never done. It's on Adam's GitHub side; Taylor's side is fine (Adam, same night). Next: Adam connects it Wed 10-21. A one-time routine pings him at 10:00 AM Central. — Proposal for Taylor

Ordered 2026-10-19 — STA-BIL Storage 32 oz on Amazon, $14.73, arriving Thu Oct 22 . Front Desk placed it through Chrome after Adam's yes in Telegram. Nothing owed by us; close the row once it arrives. 📬 Built from Adam's own capture, 2026-09-08 7:56 PM Central: "Recommend a fuel treatment for gasoline and a generator and put it on my board."
RBSR cleared conflicts 10-21 (Hooks, 8:04 PM) and asked for a summary of items needed; Adam said he'd send it this morning (8:33 PM). A non-confidential draft is ready in the counsel summary, unsent. The party lists went to RBSR and Daily & Woods 10-21 ~3:04 PM; Daily & Woods has not cleared conflicts yet and SCH has not answered.
Adam today: review the counsel summary draft and send it to Hooks from Outlook (reply-all); ask for the engagement letter and rate. Follow up with SCH, and with Daily & Woods on conflicts, if no answer by Fri 10/23
✅ Oct 7 board meeting held; notes filed 2026-10-07, and an ArkCAN knowledge base was built the same evening (9 sourced files) in meetings/2026-10-07-board-meeting.md (Granola summary, names verified). Approved: Blake's new contract Nov 1 – Jan 31, then month to month.

The class work is done. Graduation is confirmed for Fri Nov 20, 11:00 AM–2:15 PM, at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute in Morrilton. LeadAR acknowledged your RSVP for the whole family, staying Thursday night. The class photo book is on its third proof.
Confirm Thursday's room is booked at the Institute (501-727-5435; you planned to call Oct 14, not confirmed here). Give your read on the photo book proof, its cover and title. Fix the Home calendar's graduation entry, which has the wrong times.

OG&E is paid: payments were scheduled Oct 21 for the house ($380.70, OG&E's figure, not the $416.45 noted earlier) and the arena ($35.75). Freeman: after phone calls with Casey, Adam sent Piper's insurance information on Oct 21; a Freeman supervisor is to reach out about pulling Taylor's and Piper's accounts back from collections and holding them.
Freeman: waiting on the supervisor's call or reply; follow up with Casey if nothing by Fri Oct 23. Check the OG&E house figure ($380.70 vs $416.45) against the bill if the difference matters for the budget. Sign in to SamsClub.com in Chrome on the PC so two Sam's receipts can be read; check the $32 Venmo recovery in the Venmo app.

Reverses the Oct 20 call that ICPC stays unconnected until ICPC answers (Taylor's call, Oct 21, Adam present): Taylor thinks the calendar is fine, so her Google Calendar connector now points at taylor.watson@icpc.foundation instead of her personal account. Her personal Google calendars (main, Family) are no longer connected; her day-to-day calendar is still Home, read from Adam's morning brief. ICPC mail and Drive stay out.
Taylor: on Friday's ICPC call, ask what limits and safeguards they have on third-party AI. Then either keep the calendar connected and decide on mail and Drive, or switch Calendar back to taw.taylorwatson@gmail.com. After the call: which World Finals files and folders she may use AI on, and how they reach the Drive Claude can read (today she edits copies in her old taylorannfirst@ Drive); that decides the World Finals quick win.

Adam, 2026-10-22: hasn't reviewed the findings. Next (Claude, Fri 10-23 — morning brief, or the weekly review if the brief doesn't): spot-check the current skills against the 35 findings and report, finding by finding, which have already been applied, so Adam only reviews what's left.
Not done yet — Adam, 2026-10-16: he still needs to deal with it. Business Starter, 1 user, billed through Squarespace; auto-renews Sun Oct 25 for $84. First confirm the Google Takeout mail export of that mailbox (requested Oct 14) has arrived and is downloaded — cancelling deletes the mailbox.
📬 Client queue 2026-10-22: 0 resolved, 0 drafts, 3 need Adam (0 urgent) — see client-queue.md. A new side business, started Oct 11: setting people up with Claude the way your vault runs. Dad is the pilot. You've told Gail the minimum price for a paid client is $2,500.
Answer Gail's questions as they come in; check her ArkCAN Log shows Updates 3 and 4 applied (the ArkCAN knowledge base; Areas, Projects and Reference folders) after her 5:47 AM task runs Oct 21.

plan written, your move this week. You said on Oct 20 some starts are fine and some aren't, and asked for a plan for what you ordered and what you sprouted. It's in the fall planting plan (Oct 21): plant the garlic now, plant the kale, napa and Golden Acre cabbage starts, compost the broccoli, sow spinach and turnips, and save the rest of the seed for spring.
You, this week: check the garlic arrived, clear and till 3–4 rows, harden off the keepers, then plant in the plan's order. Buy a roll of row cover (about $20) before the first frost.

Adam picked (a) on 10-21 (board note, 8:57 PM): items go to Front Desk or Taylor's Claude, into an always-current shopping list kept in the vault that every order checks. He floated a separate shopping bot to keep that list, unsure it's worth the trouble. Taylor's yes is still owed by the Sunday reset (10-25).
Adam expects it to run until about 5 PM (board note 10-21); the Home calendar entry now runs 10 AM–5 PM (edited 2026-10-22). That overlaps the 1 PM "A - Fillings" appointment the same day, so decide whether to step away for it or move it. There is no Judiciary meeting on Mon Oct 19 — the session is the joint Senate/House Judiciary meeting Mon Oct 26 at 10 AM (Room A, MAC), already on the Home calendar for 10 AM–noon.
On the Home calendar for Tue Oct 27, 9–10 AM (added 2026-10-22 at Adam's 10-21 ask). Nothing else is on either calendar in Ozark next week to pair it with; Tuesday morning was the clearest slot. Confirm the office hours before going. Added 2026-10-01 from the iCloud mail and sent feeds (Adam's 09-29 emails with Wyatt Blackard, NRCS Ozark Field Service Center).
2026-10-22: both GC quotes are in. nexAir quote 11975587 ($5,831.43 with tax, valid to 11-30) covers gases, regulators, traps and wall holders but not install or standards, and its regulators take 3–4 weeks — ordered now, they land after the Nov 9 install week.
Now (2026-10-20): all sent, all waiting: gas + standards quotes to nexAir (Alan Rouse) and Airgas Fort Smith; Gokhan asked how low we can report sulfur, what limit to put on COAs, and the component list; Matt asked to sign off on Wasson setting up the adapted sulfur and D2163 methods with written records, and on asking Wasson about BTEX, which the GC can't currently rule out (route the HP-1 to the FID, or quote a PID)
✅ Resolved for every claude.ai task 2026-10-12/13: all seven enabled recurring tasks carry CRON_TZ=America/Chicago (Client queue re-enabled 2026-10-17; the old UTC copies stay disabled), so nothing on the registry moves.
Tap a line to open what it says. Closed by default, so nothing is read that was not asked for.

🆕 Added 2026-10-22, Adam's call: never hand him the register to review; propose one item at a time — the question, why it matters, a suggested answer (decision). Still his, not yet answered: B4 (stormwater permit), B11 (county building/septic permits), D10 (parcel number for the lease). Licence gap: A4 — Justin should hold the role but has no Class X (Zoho PB1-T58).
Claude: raise the next one in a working session or the weekly review — one item, not a list
🆕 LNH — joint (Adam and Taylor). Added 2026-10-22: none exists (Adam); he wants a draft favourable to him and LNH, so counsel (RBSR) works from a draft we're happy with. Background: LNH manages the land GasLogix leases but holds no title (decision 2026-08-31); open-questions D18.
Claude: draft it for Adam's and Taylor's review; nothing goes to Matt or counsel without Adam's yes
RBSR cleared conflicts 10-21 (Hooks, 8:04 PM) and asked for a summary of items needed; Adam said he'd send it this morning (8:33 PM). A non-confidential draft is ready in the counsel summary, unsent. Adam asked Justin on Tue 10-20 to call Kevin Pfalser that day about the payment form (Adam's board note, 10-20 evening); no reply from the Board seen yet, so the fee is still unpaid. Adam, 2026-10-20 (by voice): the late renewal is signed — Matt signed it and Adam emailed it to Kevin Pfalser at the Arkansas LP-Gas Board, asking for a form to pay the fee online.
Adam: check with Justin that he reached Kevin and got the payment form, then pay the fee online; ask the two questions on the same call.
Drip legs, sintered filters, Y-strainers, 3000# stainless fittings, high-pressure hoses, FLAMMABLE/NO SMOKING signage (Tarantin, backordered). Justin doing interior fill-station work. No traffic this week.

Found 2026-10-16 at Gail's AI setup: background check files holding SSNs, dates of birth and driver's license numbers sit in a shared ArkCAN drive, and ArkCAN's policy limits them to Gail; Blake (contractor) is likely an admin over everything. Gail is moving them. Background: setup notes.
Gail moves the files and restricts permissions. The board needs a data access and storage policy, including emergency board access; who drafts it is not decided.
The rebrand kit is ready (Oct 20): name options, intro, the pinned "what this page is now" post, and the launch checklist. The campaign's final report was filed with the Ethics Commission on May 20. Nothing on Facebook has changed yet. The daily monitor is drafting: an Act 373 electric-bill recap is ready, with 7 items watched.

Inbox is down to about 1,220 messages, mostly the last two years of real mail (Oct 20). The last pass moved 12,260 with no errors: 8,604 older messages to Archive, 2,049 automated notices to a new Notifications folder, and receipts and statements to their folders. Every folder was checked against the sender list the same morning, and the "Sort iCloud inbox" Mail rule files new mail while Mail is open on the MacBook. Nothing was deleted.
You: look over To Delete (about 1,400 promo emails) and empty it. Open question: Google Docs/Sheets share notices (e.g. Doug's GasLogix punch list) now land in Notifications; say if they should stay in the inbox.

Call 811 first (there are buried-utility markers on the fence line and the build drives steel stakes). Then measure post-to-pavement with the Moasure. Then call Pine Ridge Gardens (479-970-9143) to hold 3 little bluestem and 2 butterfly weed, and order the daffodils from John Scheepers (25 bulbs, $24.75, 860-567-8734, October ship week).

Idea — Taylor talked with her mom (Oct 17) about one family gift for the kids instead of lots of small things. A trampoline is the front-runner; in-ground was talked about, but the mini excavator is sold, so the pit would mean renting one or hiring it out. For above-ground, Taylor's must-haves are an enclosure and a high safety rating; she especially liked ones with lights and a hookup for a water sprayer. Low priority (Taylor).
Adam leans in-ground (Oct 17): rent an excavator or have Ashton dig it; his worry with above-ground is wind blowing it away or tearing it up. Next: Adam and Taylor settle it together; no pricing yet. Taylor's open questions (Oct 17): how the pit drains, whether it turns into a snake/spider pit, and whether Ashton's dig pushes it past the Christmas budget.
Idea — Taylor raised it again Oct 17 (first talked about last winter), now with kittens to shelter. Needs safe power in the feed room first. Sterling's teacher had said she might want a kitten; not followed up yet.
Get the feed-room electric checked (a GFCI outlet, no extension cord near hay), then pick a heated house. Taylor: ask Sterling's teacher if she's serious about a kitten. Trap-neuter-return for the strays and spay/neuter for the kittens.

Adam, 2026-10-20: LNH has no bank account, and the GasLogix rent lands in personal joint checking. Opening one is already on Adam's own backlog; this row is the board's copy, not a second task.
Front Desk, 2026-10-22 (asked in the Telegram group): Amazon still can't merge two personal accounts, and closing one loses its digital purchases. Plan: both accounts stay open; Adam invites Taylor to Household ("Amazon Family"); turn on Family Library to share Kindle books, audiobooks, apps and games; turn off Taylor's Prime auto-renew before her early-2027 renewal.
Adam asked 2026-10-20 (Telegram) to review them. He has both, each an individual membership. Prompted by a CNBC story on Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus memberships (cnbc.com, 2026-10-20). The page blocked Front Desk, so what changed is not confirmed; read it first. Known prices (secondary sources, check live): Walmart+ about $98/yr; Sam's Club $60, Plus $120/yr since 2026-05-01.
Not this Saturday either. Sat 10-24 is the Potato Hill festival all day (Adam, 2026-10-19). No new date yet, so do not start the soup-bone thaw Wed 10-21. Pick a two-day window at the next Sunday plan, then start the thaw midweek before it. (Earlier:) 📅 Bumped to the weekend of Sat 10-24 (Adam, 2026-10-17).
On today's list. Figure out what is going on with them.
📬 From Taylor's capture, sent 2026-10-06 9:50 AM Central: the hole around the garden faucet's base is an ankle-twister and needs filling. Nothing is scheduled yet; pick it at the Sunday reset.
✅ Routed 2026-09-26, Adam directly (capture, sent 2026-09-25 4:53 PM Central): "Add this to this week's budget discussion Sunday Sheet." Folded into the household budget-prep process rather than tracked as its own dated row; the 📅 token is dropped since the Sunday Sheet is now the mechanism that surfaces it. Taylor's original capture, 2026-08-28 11:12 AM Central.
Small things with no project of their own. Everything here is something somebody could finish - standing rules live in their own section of the vault and never reach this page.
Not started; logged 2026-10-20 (Adam) so it's at hand during her install. Her bot doesn't need a Mac: only the iMessage channel does; the Telegram channel runs on Linux (Claude Code channels docs, checked 10-20).
Adam, 2026-10-19 (Telegram): flag it to check when we're ready to build the next teammate. Not started. The Agency (github.com/msitarzewski/agency-agents, MIT) is a library of 100–200+ Markdown persona files, each a role, rules and expected output. Front Desk's take: pick the one or two closest to the new teammate's role and adapt them into its role file.
Waiting on Kury: as of 2026-10-19, no invoice more than two weeks after Adam asked for one. Adam scheduled the work recommended in Kury's electrical inspection and asked Isaiah for an invoice that same day so he could pay. Isaiah confirmed he'd send it. Kury Electric (Paris), 479-774-0155.
Waiting on DFA's auditors: DFA (Michael Yancey, Sales & Use Tax) replied Tue 10-20 at 12:08 PM that its address lookup says the order should have been taxed to Franklin County, and he has sent it to the Auditor team to review. Nothing is owed by us. Adam sent DFA a screenshot of the order that morning when they asked, and thanked them at 12:14 PM.
Waiting on Hunter: Zoho MCP support replied 10-20 (12:43 AM, to Hunter, Adam copied). Hunter can't be invited because Zoho made him his own MCP organization when he first opened the console. Fix, per support: Hunter logs in to mcp.zoho.com, notes any servers he needs, deletes his MCP organization, then Adam invites hunter@gaslogix.com as a collaborator from his account.
Adam, 2026-10-19 (Telegram): add it; not started. Composio is a hosted connector hub: it logs in to many apps (including Facebook and Instagram, for the social media piece) and hands them to Claude as one MCP server. Caution: it holds the login tokens for every app connected to it, the same trade as Pear, and Claude-made scheduled tasks get every connector on the account.
Adam, 2026-10-19 (Telegram): yes, add it; not started. Free Anthropic Academy course with a completion certificate, a few hours. Not needed to sell the AI setup work (proof from clients does that), but it gives proposals an "Anthropic-trained" line. Claude Code in Action is the next one if he wants a second. Skip paid "AI consultant" certificates. — Adam, when there's a slow evening
Adam, 2026-10-18 (Telegram): install both account-wide; nothing installed yet. Front Desk checked nine skills he'd seen that night, and these two were the ones worth it.
Adam, 2026-10-21 (Telegram): wants to try it; nothing installed or run yet. Obsidian's graph shows only the links we write; Graphify has Claude read inside each note and map the people, vendors and entities and how they connect, linked or not, with clusters and a short report of hubs and surprising links.
Not started; Adam, 2026-10-21 (Telegram): held up because the use case and a test weren't clear. Both now are. Pear signs in to iCloud through Apple's standard doors (IMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV) with an app-specific password; n8n on the Mac can do the same. Ours: full attachments as files, no third party holding the password, client practice.
Adam said yes 2026-10-18 (Telegram); nothing set up yet. Why: on 10-18 a Claude task couldn't track the four mailed tax returns because usps.com blocks bot traffic, and on 10-17 WeatherTech and AutoHQ returned 403s to Front Desk. Next, Adam's side, about 15 min each:
Not done yet; Adam flagged it 2026-10-20 at night (Telegram): the setup plan says to connect the Claude app on GitHub, and it was never done. It's on Adam's GitHub side; Taylor's side is fine (Adam, same night). Next: Adam connects it Wed 10-21. A one-time routine pings him at 10:00 AM Central. — Proposal for Taylor
No call booked yet. Adam asked 10-21 for a friendly Messenger nudge; draft (2026-10-22), for Adam to send himself: "Hey Jesse! Wanted to circle back on the AI setup stuff. No rush at all, but if you're still interested I'd be glad to grab 30 minutes and show you what it could look like for your consulting and speaking work.
Not started (Adam, 2026-10-21); nothing is billing. Was only ever a one-time reminder that fired Oct 15, so it never reached the board.
Gail reached out to Christian on 10-16; he graduated in June. Idea: he records his workflow so Claude can learn it as a skill, and it could bring in revenue. Christian is likely Christian Kasten (2025 fellow, built PRI/SM and COMPASS); verify before contacting him. A signed agreement covers PRI/SM and COMPASS, so check it before selling. — Setup notes
Model found 2026-10-19 (Taylor's photo of the plate): GE Profile PP962SM3SS, 36" electric radiant. Universal decals ruled out 2026-10-19: Adam noted they won't show the single/dual/triple zone markings, and no PP962-specific decal set could be found.
Adam, 2026-10-20: Front Desk's Chrome access (10-19) is intentional, not drift (decision 2026-10-19 in decisions.md). Folded in the same day: the scheduled tasks that read mail carry send and write connectors in auto mode, and no task's connectors can be trimmed — even a task Adam makes in the app offers no toggle (he checked 10-20).
Scheduled task Monthly reconciliation created 2026-10-14 from a repo-attached session; it clones the vault, runs every mechanical check in reconciliation-checklist.md (registry vs surface-routing, Actions history, surviving branches, skills hashes, pasted pointers, lint) and puts each mismatch on this board as a dated row. Pass #2 (2026-10-14) is recorded in the checklist.
Not done. 2025 bills paid 2026-10-14 (personal property and real estate, receipts #8723 and #8728); the 2026 assessment was missed at May 31. Call the Assessor, 479-667-2415, and assess vehicles, trailers, tractor and livestock; the 10% late penalty applies (the 2025 bill already carried one, $25.62). Also ask the Assessor to fix the "WASTON" owner typo on parcel 002-01174-000. — 2025 property taxes
Not started; Adam, 2026-10-13: "check it out later." He saw it has a full interface, not just the API. Look at what it covers, then decide whether to build the first test agent there: a monthly vendor-map price check (no personal data). Before building: a Console account and API key in Adam's name, and check whether his plan includes monthly API credits. Notes: vendor map, Personal agents. — Adam
✅ Adam, 2026-10-14: Node.js is installed on the Mac, which should unblock YouTube transcripts and Exa search (not yet re-tested). The YouTube-study request from his 10-13 capture is dropped — he covered it manually. 🔄 Installed on the Mac 2026-10-13 (desktop app, Code tab), safe mode: 4 of 16 channels work — any web page (Jina), RSS, V2EX, Bilibili search.
Not started. Adam, 2026-10-11: "a whole other topic we need to broach one day… I don't even know if my current setup is the wisest way to do it." No CPA or attorney until side revenue exists, so this is a DIY research session first. Comes after the late 2025 1065 and the unfiled 2023 1040 are cleared, since those cost money now and an optimised structure saves money later.
✅ Updated 2026-10-15 from the vault's 2026-10-12 commit to 30-Resources/ai-implementation-method.md: Adam answered its three n8n questions on 10-12 (evaluate n8n as a tool; first test is replacing iCloud access; self-hosted on the always-on Mac), and that work now lives in the AI Implementation charter.
📬 Next, Adam (2026-10-15): set a time to talk it through with Dad. It is for Adam's kids and Dad suggested it, as part of the wider plan for the kids' investment accounts (Adam, 2026-10-15).
Not started — Adam, 2026-09-25: "I need to work with you on a plan for the actual farm at some point because it's not doing anything right now." Deferred on purpose behind near-term household income; no date set. Raised in the same conversation as a push for new revenue he controls and can leave to his kids.
✅ Checked 2026-10-14: payment confirmed by a 10-12 direct-debit authorization email (iCloud); the "trial ended, account frozen" text in Next action is superseded. Still open: confirm Taylor, import browser passwords, pick the first automation step.
Era plus a spreadsheet is enough; nothing is blocked. Next: tag 2026 transactions in Era by hat (Adam-personal, LNH-owner, LNH-landlord) and farm vs rental, reusing the 2025 workbook's categories. Detail: 2026 books. — 2026 books
Added 2026-08-22; a duplicate row saying the same thing was folded in here 2026-08-25. §8.1 of the executed lease still ends with the literal drafting note "ADD EXHIBIT FOR T RETAINED OWNERSHIP AND REMOVAL OF TANKS AND REACTORS" — so as drafted the §8.1 default applies and the tanks and reactors become LNH's property at termination, almost certainly not what GasLogix thinks it agreed to.
✅ Answered 2026-09-26, from Adam's own capture (sent 2026-09-25 4:50 PM Central): "'Gravel & Grit' is the legal name, EIN is 33-4048862." Recorded here and in the area file. Still open: whether a Form 8976 notice was filed (required within 60 days of formation for a self-declared c4; $20/day if not) — that's the one piece Adam's answer didn't cover. — Gravel & Grit
Added 2026-08-22. Corrected 2026-09-26: drafts and partly signed counterparts DO exist (SharePoint LLC Governance/Orgnaizational Docs/Formation; WorkDrive; Drive) — none signed by all members; see financing-and-capital.md. The ask is now for an executed copy.
Adam is not the Designated Official yet (Adam, 2026-10-16), so nothing needs revalidating in the window that opened Oct 15; the first step is getting DO access, and the yearly revalidation applies after that. 📬 Adam, 2026-10-14 (board note): the 2025 returns were filed without it; bring this back one month before the Jan 15 tax kickoff — 📅 Dec 15. Added 2026-09-02.
⚠️ Corrected 2026-09-26, Adam directly (capture, sent 2026-09-25 4:49 PM Central): "I'm not going to have mailing proof." No postmarked receipt, certificate of mailing, or tracking number exists to find — this closes the search, not the question.
Found 2026-09-02 in the account transcript, and it was on no board row before today: a TC 460 extension dated 04-14-2024 and then nothing — RETURN NOT PRESENT FOR THIS ACCOUNT, No tax return filed, filing status Single, balance $0.00, no penalty and no CP notice.
The 2021 installment agreement question cannot be answered from what was pulled. 00-Inbox/2026-08-24-transcript-pull.md listed 2023, 2024 and 2025 only, so the 2021 account transcript — the one that would show the agreement — was never requested. Two more downloads next time Adam is signed in.
⚠️ The 2024 return transcript caps the upside. Tentative tax per computer is $1,253.00; the other $7,074 of the bill is self-employment tax, which itemized deductions do not touch. So an amended 2024 return is worth at most about $1,253, not thousands — still possibly worth doing, not before the 1065. Standard deduction taken was $29,200. Original note: Added 2026-08-22.
Before buying: settle the cash priority (the IRS debt comes first) and which entity buys it — the CPA's call. Detail and prices: Mac laptop note. — Mac laptop note
Added 2026-08-26 from Adam's own capture. Context filled in 2026-08-31: the shop holds a bunch of black-and-yellow storage bins; the idea is an NFC tag inside each one that a phone scan opens to a note listing what's in it, so contents become searchable instead of "check every bin." Related to the still-unscoped Farm shop area setup row below (the milk-barn back room) but is its own idea — an inventory/tagging system, not the room build-out. Still nothing scoped, costed or dated.
✅ Resolved for every claude.ai task 2026-10-12/13: all seven enabled recurring tasks carry CRON_TZ=America/Chicago (Client queue re-enabled 2026-10-17; the old UTC copies stay disabled), so nothing on the registry moves.
Adam's own capture, 2026-08-24 23:39, and the actual reasoning added 2026-08-31. He's seen 10- and 15-year refi rates on Credit Karma. The math: he's getting $2,500/mo GasLogix rent, which essentially pays the mortgage on the existing 30-year note already; a 10- or 15-year note would run $2,800–3,000/mo total, and that gets to full ownership a lot sooner — assuming the GasLogix rent holds for another ~10 years. Worth stretching the budget for, on his read.
Recovered 2026-08-25 from Claude's memory store, where nothing reads it on a schedule; it appears nowhere in the vault. The former milking parlor: concrete floors with a drainage slope, built-in feed troughs, low ceilings, and old head gates and stanchions to remove. Nothing scoped, costed or dated — this row exists so the idea stops living only in a chat store.
The always-on Mac is live (Telegram Front Desk running since 2026-10-16), so "tell it at bedtime" work can now be tried: send the idea from the phone to a Mac session, which works from its own clone and pushes a claude/ branch. Next step is one real overnight test.
No target chosen; nothing built. The Fine Print is on hold (Adam, 2026-09-25), so it needs a new target — the weekly freshness-pass fan-out is the live candidate. Adam's 2026-09-25 capture was cut off ("gathering cont…"); ask him to resend it.
Checked 2026-10-22 in a cloud chat session (the surface scheduled tasks run on): routing works when the model parameter is set on the Agent call — parent Opus 5.5, subagent asked for sonnet reported claude-sonnet-5-5 from its own system prompt. Note the floor: even a one-line, no-tool reply cost ~113k subagent tokens.
🆕 Added 2026-10-15 from Paychex PEO mail to Adam's GasLogix address (10-15 1:21 AM Central, opened): enroll, change or terminate 2027 coverage online by 12/11/26; check deductions on the first 2027 payroll. Whether anything needs changing is unknown. — Adam and Taylor: Adam forwarded the notice to Taylor on 10-15 to do the elections together; no confirmation seen as of 10-21. Elect (or confirm no change) in the Paychex portal before Dec 11
Reply to Susan still owed, but Taylor has answered Adam (10-21, 12:17 PM): yes to the Thursday county board dinner, kids included; she'll skip the foundation dinner and concert and stay with the kids. Adam is leaning against the 8 PM concert himself (10-21, 12:39 PM). Next: decide on the foundation dinner, then send Susan both answers.
